1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, buying or holding $BUL, minting or holding a Bul Herd NFT, or playing the mini games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. No advice, no offer

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. $BUL is a memecoin created for entertainment and community purposes with no intrinsic value and no expectation of profit.

3. No guarantees

The roadmap, utilities, partnerships and holder perks described anywhere on this site are aspirational community goals, not binding commitments. They may change or never happen. Nobody owes you a return.

4. Risk

Crypto assets are extremely volatile and can go to zero. Transactions on Solana are irreversible. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your seed phrase, your gas, your slippage and your decisions. Never spend more than you can afford to lose entirely.

5. NFTs

Bul Herd NFTs are digital collectibles. Minting is random and you cannot pick which Bul you receive. All mints are final; there are no refunds, exchanges or buybacks. Ownership of an NFT grants you a personal, non-exclusive licence to display and resell that NFT. It does not transfer copyright in the underlying artwork or grant equity, revenue share or governance rights.

6. Eligibility

You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that using this site and holding crypto assets is lawful where you live. This site does not target residents of jurisdictions where such activity is restricted. You are responsible for your own tax reporting.

7. Third parties

Links to pump.fun, Magic Eden, DexScreener, Solscan, X, wallet providers and other services are provided for convenience only. We do not control them, are not affiliated with them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct.

8. Scams

Only trust contract addresses and mint links published in the official Bul channels. Anyone DMing you a mint link, an "airdrop claim", a support agent or a seed-phrase request is a scammer. We will never ask for your seed phrase.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, scrape abusively, or use this site to impersonate the project, mislead others or distribute malware.

10. Limitation of liability

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no contributor to this project is liable for any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity arising from your use of the site, the token, the NFTs or any linked third party.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
